Well done to all the swimmers from Lecale and Strule Dolphins who took part in the first gala of the season. There was a great atmosphere and everyone swam really well. Final results were Lecale 648 and Strule Dolphins 496. Special mention to the coaches' relay team who showed us all that they've still got it! Thank you to everyone from both clubs who helped run the meet. We wish Strule Dolphins well in the remainder of their meets this season and look forward to seeing them in Omagh next year.

Our PTL meet against Olympia has been brought forward to Saturday 9th November at 3pm in Andersonstown LC. This date change was requested to accommodate swimmers who are entering the Ulster Grammar Schools' meet on Saturday 23rd November.
Conor Mahoney and Daniel Molloy had an early start this morning, travelling to Dungannon for a Swim Ulster meet. Both competed in 200m free and 100m fly and swam fantastically considering it was so early in the season. Daniel won two bronze in his events, 2:36.55 in 200 free and 1:28.69 in 100 fly and Conor won bronze in the 200 free in 2:30.19 and silver in the 100 fly in 1:15.23, achieving an Irish Division 2 time. Well done, boys!
